Shipping
Don’t you hate ordering something and waiting ages to get it? So are we. We do our best to exceed your expectations with every product you receive. All products are made with the best materials using our special digital printing, and most are produced within 24 hours. We aim to ship your order out the door within 1-2 business days! (Remember, most of these are made to your order custom products!).
Yizzam offers several different shipping methods to meet your delivery needs. We calculate our shipping cost for each shipping method based on the type and quantity of items you order. Your shipping and handling charges are summarized at checkout and most packages in your order can be tracked via our carriers' websites.

Exchanges
To save time, we recommend ordering your chosen new item and returning the first for a refund. If you would like to do a regular exchange please mail the item to:

Please include the print out in the package or a print out of the listing with the order number. Write EXCHANGE at the top and the size your would like. In the body please include a contact email address and phone number if we need to clarify any requests. We highly recommend shipping with a service that provides tracking information. We'll get the replacement item out to you ASAP. :)
Returns
In cases of damage or defect, the return process can often be expedited by providing a digital image of the damage or defect (along with a clear description of the problem) in an email to our customer support team. We bend over backwards to make our customers happy. If you don't love it we'll take it back. Items should be returned in their original product packaging for replacement, refund within 30 days of receipt. Any wrinkles from the sublimation process, as shown on the product page prior to ordering, will not be considered defective.
